Fully hosted System
Like all OffenderLink™ modules, all of the hardware, software, and phone lines are owned and operated by Fieldware, LLC. We act as an application service provider (ASP) eliminating your agency's need to justify high-cost, upfront system expenses.

Easy Billing
As a stand-alone module, simply pay as you go with a per call price based on your usage volume and desired features. Alternative funding methods also available.

Automated Data Transfer
Whether you want to exchange simple text files via email or use a secured real time web services interface, our engineers will work with your IT staff to determine the best way to transfer data from your internal systems to/from the ANS.

Call Flow and Script Design
Our voice engineers will collaborate with your agency in the design and development of call scripts that are clear, concise, and effective.

Scheduling/Scoring Engine
OffenderLink™ stores historical data for all call attempts which allows the call scheduler to "learn" the best time/date to call an individual.

Automated Notification Re-Queueing
The frequency and delay between automated retries for busy or non-answering phone numbers can be tuned to generate the best possible result.

Web Interface
Authorized agency users can login to a secure, fully hosted website to monitor and manage the OffenderLink™ system, view notification results, set program parameters, or run reports.

Detailed Reporting
Agency users can view or download configurable real time reports with either detailed or aggregate ANS results. Detailed reports can include results for each stage of a call: number verification, dialing, right party verification, and message delivery.

Multiple Language Support
Automated calls can be made in an agency selected language or the caller can select an option for the language of their choice.

Text-To-Speech Support
For scripts that require text-to-speech, we use software from Nuance - the industry leader. Client names can be "spoken" using text-to-speech or spelled out.

User Feedback Options
Scripts can be designed to collect feedback from the receiving party including acknowledgement of message receipt, "right household" verification, or even voice messages from the receiving party.

Direct Connect to Our Call Center or Yours
If live operator interaction is required, an ANS call can be automatically transferred to your agency phone system or we can transfer calls to our fully-staffed call center.

Scalability
The OffenderLink™ ANS system makes over 35,000 automated outbound calls per month. The system can be scaled to meet the needs of even the most demanding community corrections or pre-trial applications.
