OffenderLink™ - A Supervision Management System
ANS

Automated Notification System

Overview

The costs associated with failure to appear (FTA) situations can be enormous for agencies of all sizes. OffenderLink™ ANS is a fully hosted system that makes automated phone calls to remind pre and/or post-adjudicated clients about upcoming court dates, upcoming supervision appointments, or any other type of notification an agency may need to send with the goal of reducing FTA's. OffenderLink™ ANS can also be used for other types of notifications like delinquent fines and fees or registration reminders where the time and expense of other contact methods are prohibitive.

Fieldware engineers will work with your agency to create the most effective scripts to get notification data to your pre-trial clients or supervised offenders in a clear and effective manner. Click on the three sample sound files below to hear samples that illustrate some of the many options available.

Court Appointment Reminder
This Court Appointment Reminder sample illustrates a text-to-speech translation of a user name and a typical "menued" selection that would be used if the ANS detects that the call was answered by a live user.

Supervision Fee Delinquency
If an answering machine is detected, the ANS delivers the detailed message for the client to retrieve with their other messages. The ANS setup can be configured to leave messages on answering machines or to retry until a live party is reached.

Treatment Program Appointment Reminder
This sample allows the answering user to verify that he/she is the "right party" to hear the detailed information and a chance for the answering party to record a message. This information can be sent back to your agency so that you know who actually got the notification and if any the appointment needs to be rescheduled.

Wrong Party Identification
This sample shows how an effective menu script allows the answering user to easily indicate that the desired recipient does not live at the called number without the need to listen to a detailed message. This information can be sent back to your agency so that the agency can update their records to prevent calling the number again.
