Easily and quickly generate merge letters and documents for individual
or groups of offenders in multiple languages with just a few clicks.
These can be compliance related, reminders, or even court documents.
Real time Reports
In addition to the real time To Do Lists, a suite of interactive
caseload and management reports provide easy access to program statistics
and oversight.
Variable Call Schedules
Offenders can be setup to call at a variety of schedules. Offenders
are notified of their next call due date during each call.
Custom Outbound Messages
Officers can easily leave messages and directives for individual
offenders or groups of offenders to be heard on their next call.
A complete history of outbound messages delivered is retained by
the system.
Multiple Language Support
Automated calls can be made in an agency selected language or the
caller can select an option for the language of their choice.
Caller Verification
A combination of biometric speaker verification and caller ID (ANI)
provides confidence that the right caller is on the line. OffenderLink
uses industry leader Nuance products for caller verification and
other speech related tools as needed.

and easy via toll-free phone, email, or directly via the site.
Technology, Security, and Availability
OffenderLink was developed using the latest technology including
Microsoft.NET infrastructure and Microsoft SQL Server database.
The web system is Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 compatible and
utilizes 128-bit SSL security. The IVR system can be accessed from
any touchtone phone including cell and payphones and is readily
available 24/7 making reporting easy and convenient.
Training
All end-user training is supplied by Fieldware at no additional
charge.
