Survey System Demo
Welcome to the Fieldware IVR Demo Application. Fieldware built this sample survey application to demonstrate the integration of Internet, IVR, database, and reporting technologies into a single comprehensive solution. 

Companies frequently use customer surveys as a strategic marketing tool. This fictitious survey was designed for a manufacturer of golf balls and is used to collect information about the golf ball purchasing habits of participating consumers.
 
 
Answering the Questions
Survey participants may answer the questions through a variety of channels:

 
Voice/IVR: Call (312) 441-3992 and answer the questions by listening to voice prompts and using the touch tone keypad of your phone to key in responses. This is an Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system that is hosted at Fieldware and integrated with the survey system database.
 
Web/ASP: Answer the questions online.
 
Wireless Handheld: Answer the questions on a Palm VII and use Palm.net to submit the data wirelessly. Contact us for information on a Palm VII demonstration.

 

Viewing the Results

Real-time survey results are accessed from a web application using the link below. The data is stored in a SQL Server database and served to dynamic web pages using Active Server Pages scripting. This link provides a sample of a real-time statistical report that could be generated from such a survey system. The first line of the report shows the number of survey respondents. This number will increment for every web-based survey or IVR-based survey you successfully complete, and is the quickest way to gauge real-time feedback for your survey submission.
