Centralize Provider Referrals, Reporting, and Case Management Information

The treatment provider community struggles with manual information management, timely reporting of outcomes, and basic communications with the supervision community. The Service Provider Management module eliminates these gaps by extending its case management features beyond the agency to approved treatment and service provider personnel.

This easy to use, secure and reliable online system includes accountability checks and balances that improve the process for both community supervision and their authorized treatment providers. As a result, more time can be spent with the clients for better treatment success results combined with less paperwork and administrative duties.

Agency users create referrals that automatically get passed to the designated providers. Authorized providers log into the system to accept clients, perform intakes, fill-in electronic status reports, log contact notes and set outcomes. The system then presents alerts to either agency users or the treatment provider staff regarding non-compliance or other issues that require attention.

For example, if a client fails to enroll in a program before a certain due date, the assigned agency user can be alerted regarding the non-compliance. Likewise, if a Provider fails to submit a progress report on time, the agency user will receive an alert. These alerts are flexible and can include a variety of schedules.

Providers are typically required to provide a final report or outcome for a client. These outcomes can be assigned in a final report format that is different from the regular status report format.

Periodic status or final outcome report formats can be customized. These outcomes can also be incorporated into higher level agency analysis reports.
